Response time
For bookings directly with BON3, we aim to send a quote or a helpful reply within one business day. Guest artist enquiries may take 2–3 business days for a final reply and quote.
Confirming your booking
Your individual offer will state the booking fee and payment details. The booking becomes final once the fee has arrived and BON3 confirms the payment and appointment by email. The fee is applied to the service price when the service is completed as agreed.
